Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 157(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 157(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 157(JUD) am?"
